I first took my dog to a vet in Lemon Grove. They quoted $2000 to treat my dog's teeth where my dog's jaw was swollen and painful and she was too sick to eat. Dr. Cardeiro did all of her dental work for $775 and started her on a diet for her kidneys that wasn't mentioned by the previous vet. Dr. Cardeiro also prescribed an arthritis medicine that works better than the one from the vet in Lemon Grove. My dog is doing great now!

Our 12 year old beagle had been seeing a vet at San Diego Bay Animal Hospital. They started him on heart medication because he has a heart murmur. 2 months later, we took him to Dr. Cardeiro because he had heavy breathing and diarrhea. She diagnosed him with congestive heart failure and bronchitis. Dr. Cardeiro changed all of his heart medicine doses, started him on a cough medicine and sold us a food to clear up his diarrhea. We are very grateful for Dr. Cardeiro's help in prolonging his life and improving his health so much.
